  - 以水洗為主。

- 哥倫比亞 希拉 — 焦糖、紅果、平衡
  - 海拔約 1,200–2,000 公尺。
  - 以水洗為主。
  - 典型風味是焦糖、紅果與平衡的甜感。
- 巴拿馬 波奎特 — 茉莉、佛手柑、細緻果香
  - 海拔約 1,200–1,900 公尺。
  - 水洗、日曬、蜜處理都常見。
  - 典型風味是茉莉、佛手柑與細緻果香。藝伎品種也以此產區聞名。
- 瓜地馬拉 安提瓜 — 可可、香料、乾果

- 哥斯大黎加 塔拉珠 — 柑橘、蜂蜜、乾淨

- 巴西 喜拉多 — 堅果、巧克力、厚實
  - 海拔約 800–1,300 公尺。
  - 日曬與半水洗常見。
  - 典型風味是堅果、巧克力與較厚的口感。
- 印尼 蘇門答臘 — 草本、黑巧克力、厚重。曼特寧是貿易名稱
  - 海拔約 1,100–1,600 公尺。
  - 濕剝法是這裡常見的處理。

- 葉門 摩卡 — 乾果、香料、酒香
  - 海拔約 1,500–2,200 公尺。
